Create your account at app.haulow.ca/inscription, then select your mode of transport and submit your verification application. Once approved, you can receive offers and choose the jobs that suit you.
Sign upPrepare a selfie, a driver's licence and proof of insurance according to your mode of transport. Background checks use Credibled, which also verifies your identity, or a police certificate. Business or tax documents are also requested if you enter those details.
For parcels, you can deliver on foot, by bicycle, electric kick scooter, scooter or moped, motorcycle or car. Electric kick scooters do not require a licence; scooters and mopeds require a Class 6D licence and a registration plate. Vans and trucks give access to large-item deliveries, trips with multiple stops and moves, depending on their category.
Haulow takes a commission of 20% of the fare before tax. Your earnings become eligible for payout after a hold of at least two days. As an independent carrier, you request available earnings by week to the bank account linked to Stripe Connect. If you work for a fleet, Haulow pays the earnings to the company.
The customer can file a claim for their order, describe the damage and attach photos. They have 7 days from delivery or, if it is not completed, from the first failure or closure of the order. The carrier concerned receives a notification and can view the claim and evidence. Settlement is handled between the customer and the provider; compensation is not automatic.
