FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Choose a truck, parcel delivery or moving service, then enter your addresses and the items to transport. Review the price and choose from the available carriers before confirming.
Truck and parcel deliveries can be requested now or for a date you choose. Moves require a date and time, which can be the same day if a crew is available. A request does not guarantee carrier availability.
For a truck delivery, you can choose 0 to 3 helpers for loading and unloading. The moving service includes a crew of 2 or 3 people, depending on the size of the move and the truck selected. Specify what you need when booking.
The parcel service accepts letters, small boxes and large boxes. Boxes are limited to 20 kg with a longest side of 40 cm before choosing a transport option. If your quote offers a car, large boxes can weigh up to 30 kg with a longest side of 80 cm. You can combine boxes and letters in one order. For furniture, appliances or pianos, choose a truck or moving service and declare heavy or fragile items.
No, installation and assembly are not included in the services offered. Haulow offers parcel and goods transport, as well as moving with a crew. You can arrange loading and unloading help when booking.
